Children Ages 4.5 to 5.5 take a fun-filled class that teaches simple and exciting ways to learn and prepare for school and life. Classes are taught to address the children’s learning patterns for their age and also individual needs.
This class teaches kids that being a student is fun! Our programs are focused on Character Building and giving kids a head start in life. These classes are exciting and fun for kids but more than that they are rewarding and developmental. The path to the Black belt will take each student through challenges and triumphs that will serve as a metaphor for making great life choices.

Our Advanced program is an invitational program only. These students are on a quest to perform in provincial, national, and international competitions.
The athletes in this program are committed to competition style Taekwondo. They train on average 4 days a week in the studio and 2 days a week on their own. Some of our athletes are in their High School Sport specific program and adhere to a very disciplined lifestyle. These athletes are also expected to uphold their traditional martial arts training at the highest standard as they work towards mastery of their art.
