Our Approach
A fusion of Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Western Boxing, and a little TaeKwonDo (advanced students love the spinning kicks).
All new members at Tiger Kick Martial Art start with “Beginners” or “All Levels” classes. The focus will heavily revolve around introducing and perfecting basic techniques using shadow boxing, footwork drills, bag work, strength and conditioning, head movements, proper kicking techniques, live partner work and more.
During “All Levels” Classes, Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced students are welcome! We have an amazing community of professional adults and young adults who are supportive, encouraging, and a lot of fun.
